Terms & Conditions

Membership is open to members of the community subject to approval by the Samaj committee. A one-time joining fee of ₹100 applies, and membership is activated only after the committee confirms your details and payment. You agree to provide accurate information in your application.

Membership fees and donations support community welfare activities. Payments, including the joining fee, are generally non-refundable. Receipts are issued for all recorded payments; donations may be eligible for 80G tax exemption where applicable.

You are responsible for keeping your profile and family details accurate and up to date. The Samaj may suspend or remove memberships found to contain false information.

You agree to use the portal respectfully and lawfully. Misuse of member data, the matrimonial section, or any other feature — including harassment or unauthorised collection of others’ information — is strictly prohibited and may result in removal.

Photos and content you upload may be displayed within the relevant sections of the portal. You confirm you have the right to share any images you upload.

The Samaj provides this portal in good faith for community benefit. We are not liable for any indirect loss arising from use of the portal. Third-party services (payment, messaging) are governed by their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Vadodara, Gujarat.
